- Wolf Aviation Network Inc may terminate or suspend your access to the chat room and or the entire Wolf Aviation Network Inc app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the chat room, or for any other reason.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The chat room is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, including that the chat room will operate error-free or that the chat room, its servers, or its content are free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features.

Aircraft and Simulator Rental
Solo Pattern Flights
- Although it is regulated by the FAA and based on instructor endorsements, Wolf Aviation Network (“Wolf”) operates at a higher standard.
- If a student has not flown an aircraft within the last two weeks, they will have to get checked out by a Wolf instructor before Wolf will release the aircraft to the student for any solo operations.
Solo Cross Country Flights
- Although it is regulated by the FAA and based on instructor endorsements, Wolf Aviation Network (“Wolf”) operates at a higher standard.
- Solo cross countries must be flown with instructor prior to any solo cross country flight. The solo cross country flight has to be the same flight as the prior instructed flight, and shall not be later than 10 days from the instructed flight.
- For Wolf to release the aircraft to the student, these criteria must be met.
Flight Simulator Rental
- Students will be charged for the full time that the flight simulator has been booked. The hobbs on the flight simulator is for logging time and for internal usage of Wolf Aviation Network, NOT FOR PAYMENT.
- Even though some flight simulator lessons consist of a ground session, the flight simulator facility is still occupied during that time and not available to other students, and therefore the entire session must be charged as flight simulator rental and instruction if an instructor was present.
- For example, suppose a student books the simulator for 2 hours, arrives 30 minutes late, and operates the simulator for only 1 hour (total hobbs 1.0). The student is still charged for 2 hours because both the instructor and simulator were booked for that period, preventing other students from booking the time.
Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your participation in the event, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if the event is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
- No-Show Policy: In the event that a participant does not show up for the event without any prior notice, the $50 cancellation fee will also apply.
Please note that this fee is necessary to cover the costs incurred in preparing for your attendance and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Unforeseen Circumstances
- Rescheduling: If the event must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we will notify all participants at the earliest opportunity.
- No Cancellation Fee: In such cases, the $50 cancellation fee will not apply.
We understand that changes can be inconvenient, and we will do our best to accommodate the needs of our participants while also managing the logistics of the event.
It’s important to communicate any potential for rescheduling in advance and to have clear policies in place so that participants know what to expect. This helps maintain trust and provides a clear course of action should such a situation arise.
